Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are free of stains, hair, or odors, and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
